Yes I know. But it would have been the listener that broke the law, and
the listener should know the laws of the country he/she lives in.
Ignorance of the law is no defence.

What worries me is if libre.fm goes to the trouble of "covering-up" for
listeners who are in violation of a law, whether libre.fm or the
listener agrees with the law or not, then libre.fm may be  breaking the
law itself.  The  last thing I would want is libre.fm being shut down,
or the principals suffering Pirate Bay type law cases.
