I don't understand how that makes sense. If Andras needed a font for a project - he could download the font and use it in his project. If Collabora wants their users to have some collection of fonts - they can give their users a download link to those fonts or to a font installer. The question is whether these fonts need to be bundled and distributed with LibreOffice to all users.
