Do you have a reference for that latter one? I'm sorry, when I wanted to create the bug report, I found this one, and added my comments in order to avoid a duplicate. In my opinion, it describes the same need: Comment #1: "I would like to have the ability to hide fonts/font families from the font list in LibreOffice, without removing the fonts from my system. This option could be integrated into the LibreOffice options GUI." The creator of this report proposed "For the implementation, I was thinking about a ListBox." But Heiko said "KDE allows to disable fonts (I use to do it with 99% of Noto), Windows probably too. I'm against introducing square wheels." Me too, I prefer a same solution for the same problem. So the best solution is to do the same as in Linux version, and the needs explained in the bug 88416 will be fullfilled. We still can add a parameter in the option: [ ] Hide system masked fonts from all font lists (or detail by font list type). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
