--- Comment #8 from [email protected] --- I still had 25.2.7.2 on the laptop, so I uninstalled it, rebooted, reinstalled 25.8.3.2, and tried what you suggested. Here are the results: Using <Alt>+X to toggle the glyph to unicode showed a unicode of U+f0e0. Highlighting the spot and clicking on Properties showed a font of "Liberation Serif;Times New Roman". Assigning a font of "OpenSymbol" to the spot changed it to a rectangular box. I then glanced at some of the other fonts in the dropdown box and chose "Wingdings" because one of the examples it showed for Wingdings was a bold arrow.
