Okay, thanks. I would invert the arrows easily, and nothing to worry about.
Yes, other sections may have it like that, but in this case, it makes sense.
When you press Up - it goes up and also decreases the count, and when you press
Down - it goes down and also increases the count. People will easily get used
to it 

But anyway, who would even aim for a specific number with buttons when you
could just type the number? Like your looking at number 65, you want to change
it to 43, and you press Down instead of just typing 43. I think such things
aren't happening in the real world, and most people would use those buttons -
both by mouse and keyboard - to skim through pages, and would be inconvenienced
by this order
