--- Comment #11 from V Stuart Foote <[email protected]> --- The [T] typing corrections apply as the strings being entered are being parsed by the edit shell. The [M] modify corrections are applied against existing paragraph(s) as selected (or a full document selection) as the ODF is parsed/reparsed by user action--so yes it requires an Apply action. From Tools -> Autocorrect "Apply" .uno:autoFormatApply or the "Apply with edits" .uno:autoFormatRedlineApply which triggers tracked changes UI. Existing on menu or customize assign a keyboard shortcut. So, as an example of a modify action, create a dummy text and add a few empty paragraphs. Then check enable the AutoCorrect Options [M] "Remove blank paragraphs" feature. Apply it and watch the empty paragraphs be stripped. Any [M] actions can be user configured to meet their workflows. Ability to control the two "flavors" of autocorrection remains a fully functional feature useful in reflowing and "modifying" existing content. Seems more a RTM type issue if folks really don't get it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
