            Bug ID: 172164
Summary: Performance obstacle in Writer seems to be page
                    quantity rather than content
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.2.3.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Both files are of nearly identical word and character counts, but the 1st file
has 2,23x more pages, and as a result, I think, it takes 3,5x more time to open

Now I understand that mere quantity of characters and words isn't everything
that impacts performance, but what is so different between these files other
than the number of pages?

1st file:

2848 pages
910,725 words
4,826,107 characters
Around 8 seconds to open

2nd file:
1275 pages
857,299 words
4,863,146 characters
Around 28 seconds to open

Steps to Reproduce:
