No, I misunderstood. The contents are completely different, there wasn't any "transformation" As to docx not being native format - odt isn't particularly better with this document, it is not ideal even in odt, as shown here https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171431 It seems like sometimes odt would open at the same pace, and sometimes slightly quicker.
