It does look to me like the big page number causes issues, yes. I could be wrong, but this is the best bet I can make. And others agreed that 1st file is problematic in the bug I referenced in my previous message - https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171431 So hypothetically, a large page number would take a toll on performance even if there is few content, as it seems.
