But that is exactly my point: saving steps (not only mouse clicks; maybe the title should be edited). And in this case, with a tiny little change, you save the user the need to type, for example, SHIFT+END. I find it a bit surprising to refuse such an insignificant change (development-wise) that has no negative side effects and doesn't break anything, while saving the user's time. Take this case as an analogy: you can erase text using BACKSPACE, right? But you can delete text FASTER using CTRL+BACKSPACE.
