--- Comment #2 from bchemnet <[email protected]> --- I just updated from 26.2.3.2 to 26.8.1.1, and have encountered this issue exactly as described in the original description. Home and ctrl+home before now use the cells to the right/below the frozen boundaries as "home" instead of column A (for home) and cell A1 (ctrl+home). The expected behavior (using frozen rows/columns does not impact home key behavior) existed in 26.2.3.2 and all prior versions of Libreoffice (well back into the OpenOffice days). So presumably the issue arose between 26.2.3.2 and 26.2.3.6, and persists in 26.8. Version: 26.8.1.1 (X86_64) Build ID: 680(Build:1) CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 7.2; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US Debian package version: 4:26.8.1.1-3+b1 Calc: threaded I have also confirmed that this not due to the use of a particular VCL, as even the default fallback VCL exhibits this behavior. This bug may seem minor, but I use a huge number of complex spreadsheets with frozen cells, and am a heavy keyboard user for navigation around a spreadsheet. This is really going to disrupt my workflow. For comparison of how this has changed, use of ctrl+arrow key will skip over the boundary to jump to the correct next cell (the next one with text/before a break, depending on context). Navigation using end also ignores the frozen boundary. So the change appears to be specific to home. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
