Description:
For IFS() syntax, IFS(expression1; result1; expression2; result2),
if result1 is a negative value, function returned "TRUE" incorrectly instead of
result1.
Steps to Reproduce:
In cell, input:
=IFS( 1=1 , -1 , 1 , 0 )
Actual Results:
"TRUE" in cell
Expected Results:
-1 in cell
Reproducible: Always
