Anyway, I made some tests. On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I don't reproduce this. With 4.1 sources (still with pc Debian x86-64) updated some days ago, I don't reproduce this. On Win 7, with LO French UI 4.0.5.2, no crash too.
