You have got to be kidding me...

Having a complex system does not automatically equate to better bug reporting.

It all depends on *how* you make the process easier.

If, as I described, you have a simple form, that asks a few simple, but very
targeted and specific questions that provide the level of detail you need to
triage the bug report, then your comment falls flat on its face.
