I verified the file I originally downloaded and the hash was
"2e39bc278500909b229e1fab275145a5", not "6351729425f7d13fee96b3b7eb0f2779"
which
http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/5.1.3.2/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_5.1.3.2_Win_x64_helppack_en-GB.msi.mirrorlist
says it should be. I still don't understand how this happened as the download
went smoothly and looked normal. I then tried the file stated on the mirror
list
(http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/5.1.3.2/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_5.1.3.2_Win_x64_helppack_en-GB.msi)
and it had the same hash and installed properly. So
"http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/5.1.3/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_5.1.3_Win_x64_helppack_en-GB.msi";
didn't work but
"http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/5.1.3.2/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_5.1.3.2_Win_x64_helppack_en-GB.msi";
did for some reason.
