Fine with you closing this issue, as it can be resolved by using the original
installer file from the LibreOffice official archives. I have worked out the
mirror website I think I used - it was
"http://donate.libreoffice.org/home/dl/win-x86_64/5.1.3/en-GB/LibreOffice_5.1.3_Win_x64.msi";,
the default mirror site run by LibreOffice themselves.
