Hello,
I've tried with Libre writer at first but it seems to be the same for all the
other applications.
As far as I can tell kubuntu is not holding these shortcuts - I can't find them
in any of the settings and nothing happens when I press them.
There are other shortcuts that are disabled. These are all the disabled
shortcuts:
F1, F6, F10,
Shift+F1, Shift+F2, Shift+F6,
Ctrl+F1, Ctrl+F4, Ctrl+F6,
Ctrl+Shift+[0-9],
Ctrl+Shift+F6,
Alt+F4,
Ctrl+Alt+F4
Note that none of those seem to do anything or be connected with anything set
in my environment. The only exception is F1 which opens up the help page in a
browser.
