I succesfully mapped and remapped other shortcuts, yes.
I wanted to use ctrl+shift+7 and ctrl+shift+8 for numbering on/off and bullets
on/off. I wanted that because I got used to them from google docs.
Since I couldn't use those key combinations I left them as shift+f12 and
modified ctrl+shift+f12.
I will post a screenshot of how the customize keyboard window looks like, maybe
it'll help.
