I have opened a thread on the Windows 10 forum (in Windows 10 Support) to
report this issue there, since jscript.dll is a Microsoft replacement for
oracle's java (somehow). Folks affected by this bug are encouraged to follow
along and comment there.

ALSO, I tried experimenting with getting LO to use MY JRE (java runtime
environment), but had no successes to report. MAYBE the LO team could explore
that idea further...
