Vesper, you are on a different version of Win 10 than me. It would be
interesting to know what updates you installed on or around 26/9/19, and what
the date is on your jscript.dll.
I have responded on the Windows forum as well.
It seems the optional KB4517211 is in preparation for the next major release of
windows, so this problem is almost certainly not going to go away. There are
loads of fixes, including security ones. It may be that the kb number is
different for 1803.
