The .NET update installed on Sept 26 is KB4515842 on my system; after I
uninstalled it and restarted the OS, LO still fails. I reinstalled that update
after that. (other things failed with that update missing of course).
My c:\Windows\System32\jscript.dll has a creation date of 9/16/2019 which would
be the build date in Seattle or somewhere.
