  er?  ....so much for my ol' L50/J where I did just that and had it
hibernating just peachy....  The drive geometry should, I hope, remain
the same from Libretto to desktop.  I was able to see all my data okay
with the IDE converter on the PC, so that went well.  PM can be used;
just manually make sure the partition is 60+MB less than the end of the
HD and leave the empty space undefined and unpartitioned.  That worked
just peachy for mine....

  Then again, other users' experience and differening L models may vary...
