I have now Mandrake 7.0 on a Lib-50. It runs well.
You can install Mandrake 7.1 with the pcmcia.img boot disk,
either from network (ftp, http or nfs) with your desktop,
or from a Freecom CD.
but you should use an external monitor, because install program
uses a 800x600 monitor.
