I've just been there with my 110 (and I've still not quite got back yet).
Could be your HDD, or the HDC.
New HDD for the former, new motherboard for the latter, apparently.
In my case it was the HDD - replaced (eventually) under warranty.

Does the BIOS now deny all knowledge of your HDD?

Can you boot to a DOS prompt from the floppy drive, C: being created as a
RAMdrive??

Can you check out your HDD in an alternative computer?
