Thank you Lawrence. I would obviously prefer it to be the replaceable thing
( HDD ) as opposed to the motherboard, thus reducing the unit to the resale
value of the display!
I did a backup last night as soon as I reached the same hopeful conclusion
as you did. I think is was successful.
