David, thanks so much for such a complete checklist! I'll do this - I'll
pick up the Laplink/DCC compatible parallel port cable. Clearly one of my
problems was that I just unhooked a printer and used that cable. . .
Certainly I could never have gotten everything right without such a clear
write-up.
