Gerhard, How did you manage Lib battery recharging and/or powering the Libretto on your backpack trip? And more generally, has anyone successfully used a small solar panel to charge Lib batteries? There are several of reasonable size available that provide 12 volts and up to 700 mA, which is close to the rating on a Lib battery charger. Could a battery be charged directly this way?
