I have no modem. Well, technically I do, but it's unmarked so I have no
idea who made it so no drivers. No fcc ID # printed on it, and windows only
says "Please provide drivers for PCMCIA 56k Modem". Plus, it has no cable, so
I'll throw it in for free. The modem itself just has printed on it "56k v.90
fax modem" on one side and on the back, FCC laws on harmful interferance, 16
bit 5v, and instructions not to insert backwards and stuff, and a barcode.
Right now, I'll do $100, only if I get to keep the existing 2gb or bigger
drive. :) I figured that $80 would be a good starting point as there's not a
huge price difference between the 70ct's and a 100ct / 110ct, at least on
ebay. What changes the prices is what accessories are included.
Besides, I have no laptop cd-rom drive. I just share my desktop drive
through my home network. Cheapiest way. =D
