Aha... So LiIon battery cells are a lot higher in voltage than other 
standard AA types.  This MP3 player takes two AA NiMH batteries.  Wonder if 
it's possible for one LiIon 3.6v with a dummy to last as long or longer.

It's be nice to get two NiIon AAs in this MP3 player.  Wonder if a small 
circuit could be made to drop the voltage and regulate it.  Even if that 
could be done, this NEX II is so small (hey... what else would a Libretto 
nut want?), than I don't know if there's any left over room in there to put 
anything more.
