Web pages pop up almost as fast as with a 56k modem and much faster than a cellular modem connected to a cell phone. > > Still, I had far too much fun on the free service, and it was a wonder to go > everywhere and still be online. It is a lot of fun isn't it? The best thing is a person isn't tied down to a wired connection!!! I have been encourcging Verizon to implement a inexpensive express network plans like they have for phones. I hope others that use it or are going to are doing the same. A limited anytime minute coupled with unlimited nights and weekends would work out perfectly for internet access for me since normally I do most of my internet stuff at night anyway. But right now they, like the other cellular providers, are limited by the equipment they have. > > Anyways, still contemplating it all since I've recently got one of those > Virgin Mobile cell phones (then gobbled up 700+ minutes in less than one > month!), so clearly, I've got to stop talking and surfing, or simply give in > and get a 100% unlimited plan....
