Search Libretto Mailing List Archives for past posts re: upgrade issues. You should expand the RAM to 32MB. Buy a 16MB memory module. You can install a bigger HD, up to 60GB. List of all compatible HDs on my site below. If you install a HD >8GB, you must use a new OS such as Windows 2000/XP or install a disk manager such as EZDrive 9.06. For the external CD-ROM drive, any PCMCIA cd drive will work, such as the HP m820e, the Sony CDRW52, EXP line of PCMCIA powered CD-RW drives, etc. A floppy drive is recommended if only to boot in case of an emergency.
