hello
it's possible that you may not have this menu item stuff. in which case
if you can already access your parallel cd when you boot up.
Thing to do is make a boot floppy with edit fdisk and format on it
If you look at your config.sys  it probably mentions something that looks like a
parallel cd driver.
copy that file to the floppy
then your autoexec.bat probably mentions mscdex.exe or something.
copy that file to the floppy
copy your config.sys and autoexec.bat to the floppy and edit them so where it
says the file is located somewhere on c:\ change that to a:\ but keep any
numbers after the name of the file.

turn on the libretto and press the escape key
this will bring up the bios and you should check that the boot order is floppy
then hard drive.
