This is a must do, but I haven't found a movement packet. Any ideas?
 
Random idea: a logical way to do this would be to issue an objectupdate packet for the avatar's object.
 
Random idea: perhaps the camera is another object with its own guiid?  There could be a simple flag to state that it is a camera / virtual object.
