The patch that adds support for licqgpg to Licq (with the Qt plugin) is currently not up to date and supports neither Licq 1.0.4 nor the latest version of licqgpg (0.1.99). It would need about one day of work to be usable again (however I am not able to do it in the moment). The patch for gtk+licq is much newer, and should work with some minor modifications (I will have a look at it next week).
