Wow, I'm surprised to see a grizzled old veteran use a license so, er, aggressively copyleft. I don't like issue trackers and software project management systems that try to do too much and which care way too much about quantitative "metrics" that are at best useless and at worst extremely misleading. Simple software gets used, complex software makes people think "gee, think of all those things I *could* do I'm not doing *now*" and then they never do those things.
