I don't think that documenting this is the right solution. I intentionally
use \with-dimensions to hide the real outline of the object, so I would
rather have this feature back: Anything included by \with-dimensions
becomes invisible to the skyline algorithm, and the skyline algorithm only
sees a rectangular box which gets properly positioned.
