I can't comment on Dutch, only on German. And we *never* use `aes'! The
main idea of the OP, as far as I understand the issue, is not to make the
naming of notes orthogonal, but to avoid sloppiness. Such a sloppiness
doesn't exist in German, since note names are *always* spells correctly,
even if you sing a melody, say.
