It is not looking good on -user.
English users confirm they do say "C-natural" in contexts where C would
normally be sharped (and in those contexts sometimes hear "other" English
speakers say "C" to mean "C-sharp").
They do spontaneously type "cn" when they would say "C-natural", but at
least one user wants to keep the error message ("have to be in Lyric mode
for lyrics") as a reminder to type in Lilypond-speak, not in Music-speak.
With that logic, I would say, let them use Dutch.
