Scott- I am also thinking of switching carriers. How do you rate T-Mobile’s
customer service, especially being able to get through to a human when you
call. I’m too old and grumpy to tolerate Verizon’s legendary wait times.

Thanks.

Hi Matina,

We also had significant cell service issues in Lincoln with Verizon and
switched to T-Mobile. The coverage is much better at the house, but still has
gaps in some areas of town. The T-Mobile plans ended up being less expensive
and also included a number of added benefits, including hot spot service and
included free Netflix as well as a few other services. Also available was a
home internet account as an add-on for $30.00 per month.

Hello neighbors,

We are considering switching cell phone carriers. We have very poor service in
Lincoln and Sudbury with Verizon and I was wondering if anyone else has had a
better experience with a different carrier?

Thanks, Matina Madrick
