I use Google Fi Wireless <https://fi.google.com/about?pli=1> which piggybacks off other networks -- it is very affordable and works pretty well in Lincoln though I do hit dead spots on Baker Bridge. If you have an iPhone there are some additional steps to set up your phone, but their customer service via chat or phone is very good. Big plus if you travel a lot is that data works internationally with no extra steps or charges.
