| Hi,
Switched to T-Mobile for both cell and home internet and it works great and is much less expensive! Cell service is dead along 117 in Weston and as you head into Concord, but that was the same with Verizon.
Kristine Sent from my iPhone Hi,
We have T-Mobile and it has been easy to get a human when needed. We’ve had AT & T in the past, and I’d say overall the cell service is better in some places, but T-Mobile is much less expensive and the free service in Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska, and other places has meant huge savings for us. AT&T tacked on a lot of extra charges and kept increasing prices, while the service deteriorated. It was extremely hard to get support with AT&T. Lincoln has poor service in spots due to the lack of cell towers and that is no reflection on the cell companies. Best, Cookie Martin Scott- I am also thinking of switching carriers. How do you rate T-Mobile’s customer service, especially being able to get through to a human when you call. I’m too old and grumpy to tolerate Verizon’s legendary wait times. Thanks. Deborah Hi Matina, We also had significant cell service issues in Lincoln with Verizon and switched to T-Mobile. The coverage is much better at the house, but still has gaps in some areas of town. The T-Mobile plans ended up being less expensive and also included a number of added benefits, including hot spot service and included free Netflix as well as a few other services. Also available was a home internet account as an add-on for $30.00 per month. _________________________________ Scott L. Rodman --
