Troy's right. It does have its quirks, and it wants to do things its way. I should have said the _drag-and-drop_ logic would be pretty standard, once you figure out the Treeview Xtra. Having said that, I haven't found any actual bugs. Like Troy said, it often doesn't behave the way you would expect it to, but it's consistent.
