The New, Improved and Expanded Lowly Cursor
I have substantially improved the GUI, reworked and expanded the cursor collection, and added more necessary information to the accompanying document.
Thanks to all of you that provided feedback.

A snippet from the accompanying document:

I am trying to include enough shapes and colors, and variations of such, so that everyone (well almost) from the minimalist to the expressionist might find something to their liking. For the minimalists there are the one bit depth 16x16 pixel cursors where I have tried to include a basic set of shapes, most all with multiple versions. The versions include a plain Jane, at least one with ghosted edges for darker backgrounds, and open and filled versions where applicable. The outlining of the one bit depth cursors can only be accomplished using oversized masks and does not produce very good results on average (my view), but they are there for those of you that think the results are sufficient. The one bit depth shapes are also included in the eight bit depth cursors (along with many others) which have both 16x16 and 32x32 pixel versions. Including ghosted edges is easier in the eight bit depth cursors because such is incorporated in the source image and generally produces better results even at the 16x16 pixel size. The eight bit depth 16x16 pixel cursors can also be used on Macs, which is my preference because of the usually better quality. Thus the eight bit depth cursors repeat the one bit depth cursors and include many more. The eight bit cursors also include alternating versions (black to gray) of the plain Jane’s, along with others in the animated grouping for yet another option.
