It may be moot, at this point, but it sounds like all your problems, from
the Flash Component Xtra to these, have to do with xtras that are "missing".
Do you have an xtras folder for the OS 9 app and another xtras folder for
the OS X app? Are they in the same directory as their respective projectors?

This sounds like you may have elected the "Shockwave" player option when
compiling your projector? Or, try various combinations of Media Compressed
or Compressed player option. For CD-ROM, I prefer "Standard" Player and not
enabling compressed media. The decompression adds time (although the amount
varies), and this assumes you have room on your CD for a full projector.
