Hmmm, while I am not well versed in all the details surrounding license
transferring and whatnot, I do _not_ read from the EULA that a $25
charge should be required. What I do read is that you're be granted a
reprieve on the single platform limit (that license was installed on Win
first, therefore in order to abide by 3.k. you too would need to install
it on Windows. So, in that vein I agree with the "it's in the EULA"
stance with respect to this being a one-time special deal to allow a
x-platform license transfer.

But again, I'm not up on all the details and so there may be some $25
fee required somewhere, but I'll agree that the EULA is _not_ where
that's specified nor do I think it should be. The transfer of license
form or some related (and linked/referenced!) document would be the
place as this is really a Macromedia license transfer policy.
