depends on the available capacities, I'd say. some are looking for
more traffic, while others like to keep the traffic low... ;-)
I thought someone might see a chance to raise the traffic by "leaking
a link to a silent shockwave installer" and thus get the money back
he shelved out for the silent installer ;-)
but apparently you've had the same idea before them... ;-)
