I've got a Mac G4 with the big (not round) optical mouse. Overall it works fine. But recently, I've been doing a lot of mousing around and am having trouble with carpal tunnel syndrome. This one seems awfully high - which may be contributing to the carpel tunnel. The mouse also has what I consider to be a flaw: while dragging across the screen (or two screens), you can't just pick up the mouse with the mouse button down and continue dragging. Does anyone have any suggestions for a replacement USB mouse that might work better?
