Its just a script which loops through a big list of lists to write out the
text using setpixel (nothing too clever). For small font sizes without
anti-aliasing (so pixels or just on or off), its surprisingly fast (faster
to draw text on stage than using #text or #field sprites). For fonts with
alpha and antialiasing, its the same basic approach - but with some scaling
and dithering done on an offscreen buffer.
