there might be another way to do this: you could edit and save
SMIL-text-files with fileIO-xtra. opened with quicktime they get converted
to mov "on the fly". multiple parallel tracks correspond to multiple items
inside a <par>...</par>-element.
As SMIL is XML, you could use the xmlParser-xtra or, in case of director MX,
the flash-xml-object as well.
