Iīve been having the same exact problem in win 2k pro, canīt update the changes without puppetsprite or canīt move the sprite around using lingo without puppetsprite, so i think itīs no XP problem but something altoghether different. My solution was to use puppetsprite whenever the machine wanted me to and let investigation for some other time when i have the time to do it properly but so far i was not able to determine which is the origin of the problem, but its not random at least it is always the same. When i try to move sprites or change its properties i have to puppet them, otherwise they wonīt work as theyīre supposed to. At least i now know someone out there shares my problem, so i donīt feel as idiotic as before. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Howdy-Tzi" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, July 30, 2003 2:38 AM Subject: Re: <lingo-l> when/why is pupperSprite necessary?
